- PhD (or equivalent research experience) in Project and Operations Management or a closely related discipline - A track record of peer-reviewed publications in Project and Operations Management or related disciplines - Prior peer review or editorial experience preferred but not mandatory - Strong analytical and scientific writing skills - Ability to commit a few hours per month to manuscript review - Good standing in the academic/research community
