As an Editorial Board Member, you will play a key role in maintaining the journal's academic rigor and reputation. This is a voluntary, remote position with a flexible time commitment, ideal for researchers and academics looking to contribute at an editorial level. Key Responsibilities: - Review and evaluate submitted manuscripts within your area of expertise - Provide constructive, timely feedback to authors and the editorial team - Uphold the journal's standards for scientific quality and publication ethics - Recommend qualified peer reviewers when needed - Contribute to shaping the journal's scope, special issues, and editorial policies - Occasionally promote the journal within your professional and academic networks

- PhD (or equivalent research experience) in Political Science, Public Administration, or International Relations or a closely related discipline - A track record of peer-reviewed publications in Political Science, Public Administration, or International Relations or related disciplines - Prior peer review or editorial experience preferred but not mandatory - Strong analytical and scientific writing skills - Ability to commit a few hours per month to manuscript review - Good standing in the academic/research community
